I came in for a repair and they were able to fit me in super quick. I figured I would have to buy a new crank arm, but they were able to rethread instead. All in all, I'm super impressed and everyone was very friendly.
I know everyone knows about you guys but if not here it is. Best place ever, took old bike in wanting something newer owner looked at it said why, your bike is fine and told me he could fix my break at a fair price and didn't try to get me to buy a new break set or pressure me to buy a new bike from them. I left loving my bike again and was going to fix break later. Found my dream bike traded for it called Buchanan's set up appointment for the next day for adjusting. Being from Ada ok I thought I was just dropping off and have to come back in a day or so. Not these good people they got right on it and I was headed back to Ada by noon still time to pick son up from school. Long story short I will be going back and I highly recommend Buchanan bike in Norman Oklahoma. Thanks guys...very happy customer from Ada Oklahoma.
Great shop. Right on par with my favorite shop which is Al's bicycles on Main, but when they don't have what I need I turn to Buchanan. Super helpful staff. Always nice when I go in. Not pushy. No pretentious bike BS, and fair on their prices. Highly recommend.
