They are very rude to their clients and will call you many time everyday even at work. If your payment comes due on a sunday they do not care but yet the do not have an after hours box. The will not hesitate to threaten to send you to collections for being a day late. Do not use them. I highly recommend tower loans. They have always been amazing to us.
Worst loan Company in town. I strongly suggest reconsidering before taking a loan with this company. Our loan come due on a sat. They called me monday at work demanding payment. There was no way to pay them on sat. They are closed and have no night drop. They threaten you and use fowl language. They will call you at work and at home many time in one day. I have asked them not to contact my work per my manager but they continue anyways. The staff is extremely rude and the manager Becky is worse. Even when i am trying to arrange a time to pay them they are yelling and being very unprofessional. I hope people will read these reviews and make the choice to go elsewhere. Tower loans is just down the road and they are fantastic. They will call you if you are past due but they are nice and do not continue to call. They will work with you to the best of their ability. please reconsider before using this company there are other choices.
These people are crazy. They are calling us on a loan that we dont even remember taking out 6 years ago. Wouldn't answer any of our questions just threaten us. They are rude and cussed us out and hung up on us.

Since the new management has taken over this office has made so many changes! They used to be threatening, but now the manager bends over backwards to help customers and has a great sense of humor!
