Very positive. I was looking for a tub faucet handle for a really old faucet stem. I couldn't get it at Lowes. I tried Locke, and they don't carry faucet handles, but the manager asked me to try at Ace Hardware. I took the old stem to Ace Hardware, and the sales persons were really helpful. Kudos to the young guy who measured the stem groove and suggested that I should try the handle with the "J" broach. Luckily they had it. They fit the tub faucet stem perfectly. Thank you guys for your efficient and very courteous help.
They have a younger guy that really knew his plumbing and helped me find the appropriate fittings. I came in the next day and they asked about the project and how everything turned out. It's usually a pleasant experience.
It's the little store with big service. The employees are ALWAYS a big help, just ask!
Always helpful at finding the parts I need. Great location! Sure beats driving 20 minutes to the other side of town to visit a big box store which is understaffed.
