Came here today for the first time. For a Sunday afternoon it wasn't crowded at all! Clean facility, reasonable prices (2.25/small wash, $0.25/8 min dryer. 4 loads done for $13), helpful and friendly attendant. Will be coming back!
For doing your own laundry, this place is awesome. However, for using their bundle service, I highly recommend going elsewhere. I've used the service 3 times, each time the cost went up by about $5. I left clear instructions about putting certain items to hang dry on certain hangars. 2 of the items ended up in dryers because they were on the wrong hangars and amongst shirts and drier than the others. The 2 hangars that were supposed to be used disappeared. None of the slacks were on hangars. Very disappointed in their bundle service...
What's better than dropping all your laundry off at 9am and it's ready and folded and on hangers at 3pm. Always friendly and ready to serve. Great place to meet your cleaning needs.

I'm going to start this off with what I think they did right. Machines work fine, they have a change machine, they're reasonably priced, and there's a detergent dispenser - you don't really need anything else so under normal circumstances it would be hard not to rate well for that I guess. As for the dry cleaning, shirts came out looking stiff and sexy and I've never seen my Wranglers so crisp. It's too bad that they broke the pearl snaps on my Western cut shirts. Absolutely would never go back again, and I will be going back to recoup the costs of my ruined shirts.
