I called in a order for pick up for fried dumplings and got home only to find out they did not put the sauce in with my order. I called and they would not have a driver deliver me sauce because they were "too busy" To drive 4 mins away. Not sure why their mistake should be my inconvenience when they already have drivers out and about. And they never even offered to make up for it next time (as many restaurants such as McDonald's will do when they screw up your order) Will not order again.
The first time I went to Happy Family, I watched the cook clean his wok and cooking surface before ordering. He obviously took pride in keeping a clean kitchen. After tasting his work, it is obvious he also takes pride in his food. I've never been disappointed.
The food is great and the workers are very friendly. They would have got a 5 but, the dinner portion is what used to be the lunch portion so it got smaller but the price is higher. Also, as I was walking towards the door, I killed a roach walking across the floor...so I will not be going back. I really liked this place too.
Ordered from them about 2 times and going on 3. I never had an issue with my food! Delivery is fast and the people are very nice!!!
