I hate to take money outside of Norman but we will travel north to the next theatre next time we want to see a movie.
It is also easier to bring kids into a less crowded venue so you can better manage with the frequent bathroom breaks and correcting your children without making a scene.
We have been going to see movies at the Warren sometime three times a month. This month we've tried three times without success to see a movie there. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony. But I quesss Regal theater does not sell tickets for this anymore. We've tried to see IT this week and last week but no balcony and the time we wanted was only available at the OLD Hollywood theater. I do not want to see a movie there. What have you new owners done??
I prefer going here than going to the Warren in Moore. Most of the staff is very friendly and it is never that crowded except on big openings. It is just 10-15 minutes drive and they have all of the movies that I'm expecting to see. That's what it is all about. I could go to another theatre and spend $100 for 2 people getting drinks and special seats but it doesn't change the fact that they would be showing the same movies.
The movie was great (Coco), the theatre and the food was terrible. Without exaggeration, I believe my hotdog was cooked yesterday and remained in the heater the entire night and resold the next day. The bun was as hard as a chip, all the way through. Our popcorn was even off, which is an impressive feat seeing that I previously thought it nearly impossible to do popcorn poorly.
Best price for new release movies. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. I never buy at the concession so the prices don't affect me but the concession is high no matter what theater you go to. I've seen many movies here and in probably every theater room and I've never smelled anything untoward, especially a urine smell, so I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. The bathrooms are always clean as well. Glad Hollywood Theater is still open because I will never go to the Warren Theater again because if their price gouging!
Great theater that's not too crowded. Even opening days, I don't usually have to make reservations. It's not the fanciest theater but it is great to just catch a movie.
