Love norman but this corporate business is a disgrace and not welcomed in my town. My child worked here for a few weeks this fall and the stories were atrocious.This corporation needs to leave Oklahoma. Money hungry and liars.
Took my son here with a few friends over the weekend...the staff pay more attention to the birthday parties then to other customers. The front desk checked us in and I pointed to the family that was with us(non jumpers) and she didn't pay much attention to it. Gave us wrist bands and sent us to jump. My MIL who uses a cane and father who uses a knee brace walked back and took a seat to watch the kids jump. The kid who takes his rounds around the trampolines should have addressed adults in a different manner in regards to getting white wrist bands and signing wavers(apparently everyone should do this but this was left out when we were checking in). Obviously my family is disabled so it took a while for them to walk to the back trampolines. He causes a scene for NO reason. Simply ask the guests to get a white wrist band or maybe offer to walk up and get one for them. Customer service is important right?? Seems like they are about the dollar then actually helping their customers.
What happened to this place? This was a great business. Staff now is incredibly rude, totally unorganized and I refuse to go back when even the corporate headquarters won't answer their phones.
My kids love this place. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Connor is very accommodating.
We love to come here! So much cleaner than similar places!
