Terrible customer service from the manager to the clerks. Every time I put in a hold mail while out of town it's a big deal. So far I've called the Norman Gray street location 15 times between 8:30am to 9:28am & have not been able to talk with any live person because no one ever answers the call. My hold mail has been effective since Tuesday. I've received notification that one of my three delivery in on the truck. I won't be back until next week. Again bad service in the past I've had my neighbor who's retrieved packages left in error. That neighbor has moved. There needs to be a way to notify the post office when they fail on the hold notice request. I'm hoping my package will be returned to the post ofc for my pickup upon return to norman.
The front workers are helpful. I don't recommend buying a PO Box here.
This post office is terrible. Most of the tellers are very rude, condescending, and impatient. Much of the time they move at a very slow pace. Over the past year, we've had quite a lot of problems with mail delivery. I'd like to tell somebody there about it, but no one answers the "customer service" line. Well, actually they do answer if you call enough, but they just pick up the phone and set it back down so you can hear them talking amongst themselves. Hard to believe people can be so lazy and rude at their jobs.
I have had a PO box here for a good 2 years, that being said I have always have had my mail forcibly smashed into my box, mis-boxed letters, just total disregard for customer's mail... I am glad I don't get any pictures sent to my box or I would seriously have an issue.
I would love to rate 0 star if google has this choice! Not for USPS, but the guy I met today! The African American guy is RUDE and IMPATIENT. After I didn't get what he means I said sorry, then he started to complain to his colleagues:"Kids today are blah blah blah". Oh yes international students use second language study at OU and pay double tuition, this is how you treat us for contributing economy. If one day economy goes down, hopefully you will lost your job. Oh guess what? I don't think you care, because you hate your job!
(Should be a Zero Star Rating) 4 Packages this last Month August 2017 were delivered to the wrong and random other addresses. I will continue to try and reach them by phone. 3 times people I never met brought back the item and one time the package was gone all with the magical "Your package was delivered text and email".
