There are so many animals that are abused daily. during shipping and after shipping literally no one cares about any of the animals. I refuse to give them any business
I bought $4 100ct Mini Mealworm pack this evening. After I came back home, (4hrs later) I noticed that ALL of the mealworms were dead. I couldn't find ANY of live mealworm. $4+$4 gas for nothing. Really disappointed.
Casandra was great! I was wandering around needing help and she dropped what she was doing to help me get some carriers down. I had my dog with me and she gave him lovings even though he was being grumpy. She needs a raise!
The girl that helped me try to find the right cat food and other Essentials needed for my 17 and a half year old cat was very very helpful. The only problem I have with Petco is that none of my rewards have been sent to me. I have spent over $500 and not received a single reward. The lady who checked me out is going to try to figure out what the problem is and get my rewards. If she is not able to get my rewards I will be calling Petco headquarters and find out what is going on. If this does not get resolved I will probably find another place to get my pet supplies. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the staff was extremely helpful.
