Always prompt to greet and get you in and seem to be timely at performing your service work. Prices seem reasonable for a dealership. Very nice waiting area. I've been using the service department for 5 years a day have been satisfied.

I'd be giving this a 1 star if the salesman that helped me wasn't involved. I had been in contact with them about a Tundra for a little over a week. We live an hour away and I wanted more details on the vehicle and what room there was for negotiations. They assured me great shape, etc. They also said they only negotiate in person. So I finally schedule a test drive today. What they called a "VIP" test drive ;) so they had much needed fair warning it was going to have a very interested buyer in this vehicle. I get there and open the door and I swear it had such a stinch smell to it I could hardly breathe. The salesman actually commented on it before I did. There was dog hair everywhere, it hadn't been touch by anyone for a cleaning job, there were cracks in the front windshield, the transmission had a leak. All ready for my VIP test drive! I wish I could mention in enough detail the smell of the inside of this truck. I'll NEVER give Fowler any business, this is a major lack of care or concern for their customers and inventory to say the least. Plus this truck has been sitting on their lot for 2 months, you'd think they would figure out why it's not selling.
We are on our 4th Toyota from Fowler. We always have a good sales experience and Tyler helped us with our latest purchase. He understood my lack of technical 'know-how' and gave me great tips on navigation and so on... We have used the Fowler service department from our first Toyota and will continue to do so. We know we can call and talk with Tim or Steven and get help on any service or repairs. Fowler is the BEST.
It was our first time ever purchasing a brand new vehicle and we glad we chose Fowler Toyota. The whole process was fluid from start to finish. Our salesman Hieu was very knowledgeable and courteous. It’s obvious he did a good job but it was his attitude and great personality that really had us sold. Negotiating and paperwork was less stressful than anticipated. The new car owner meeting was very informative and with I learned I probably wouldn’t let any other auto shop or anyone else touch my 4runner other than Fowler Toyota for maintenance and repairs. No negatives. We had an overall good experience and we are enjoying our new 4Runner.
