No problems at all with this place. Very understanding on late payments and working with you. First car is almost paid off and I plan on going back for a 2nd.

I only owed $112 dollars. I had already paid them $3600 dollars for my 2003 Ford Exployer. At first and throughout our relationship, they (Sandy and Tissue) worked with me when I couldn't make my payments on time. I remember that once I showed up with worry and I approached Larry about my payment. When I told him that I was only behind one payment, he shrugged and said, "Aw hell, that aint nothing. If you owed me a $1000 dollars... Go in there and talk to the girls. They will fix you up." Just last month, Sandy outright told me, "Howard don't worry. We are not gonna repo your car over $112 dollars. You're almost done ..." Then, in the still of the night, they took my car. No warning. Nothing. I had just put my things in the car that night in preparation of leaving town the next morning for a meeting. I had placed a couple of dress suits with shoes and other clothes. My carry all bag contained my laptop computer and several papers and books appropriate to my meeting. I had placed the watch my late father had given me in the center console; my ipad laid in the passenger seat. It was these items which concerned me most and was the first thing I mentioned to Sandy when I called the following business day. Sure you can come and get your things today she said. But when I arrived there Tissue tried to give me a black trash bag containing some of my things but no carry all bag, dress suits, computer, ipad, shoes, none of my things was there. When I complained, Tissue became belligerent and told me I got all I was gonna get. In sum folks, they did not return my things and kicked me off the property under threat of arrest for trespassing.
Let me just sum it up ... I HIGHLY recommend any and everyone to them . They're very kind and understanding there . Love , love , love them ❤
