They have charged me with a late fee by keeping an inexperienced person and even after customer service personnel has told that they have extended my reservation. Please don't prefer, they will do the same if you reserve. ** Now they are asking proof that when I have called etc......
I have been renting with Budget for over 9 years. I have enjoyed the ability to try out different cars (makes and models) over this time and every car I've rented has been clean and mechanically sound. The Budget website has provided all of the information from extra charges to the ability to receive disability accessories to the rental cars. My husband requires hand controls to drive a vehicle and Budget has always been reliable at providing the hand controls for us, as well as upgrading vehicles when the ones available weren't able to have the controls installed. Upon making my reservation a couple years ago, the agent noticed that I didn't request the hand controls and called me to make sure it hadn't just been an over-sight for me. That kind of customer service, the reliability of the vehicles, the convenience of the rental locations, and the cost of the service is what brings me back to Budget on a regular basis.

I was a first time renter and ignorantly believed that enterprise was the best option, and boy was I wrong.
