Horrible experience. I rented a van online and prepaid to save money. 2 hours later the Moore store called and said they did not have the van I rented and would cancel my reservation. The Moore store did not offer me any other options for cars or apologize for the inconvenience. 2 weeks later I still have not received my refund of $410.
Dont waste your time. No cars on site. When someone returns a car it goes to the next person on the list, you have to accept whatever comes in. I had a reservation through State Farm Insurance, but when I called this Hertz office they said they couldn't even promise a car would be available, might have to wait until the next day. They said if I want to be sure I'll get a car today I have to go to the airport.
