Good car wash! Too excessive on customer service.
I decided to get my car washed at 8:30 pm so it would be clean for my trip to Dallas! When I entered the car wash I of coarse somehow messed up and the car wash just stopped. I called the number inside the wash and Mike answered. I informed him of the situation and he came from his house, gave me my money back, and gave me a free car wash. I am so blessed to have met such a wonderful kind hearted person! I will indeed return kindness to the next person I meet! Thanks Mike!
Great facilities. Well serviced and good pressure. The owner went above an beyond on a monitor issue I had.
Update: The management has yet to call me back. Customer service is very much lacking.
$3.00 Just to get started. You get 3:34 on the timer. Here are the issues. It takes about 1 min 30 sec. to get warm basic soapy water to rinse then I switched to flea & Tick shampoo, it never came out. I spent $3.00 on for what? At least he got rinsed off waiting for the flea shampoo. But it needed done. I walked across the street to CVS to get the flea shampoo. I called for service no answer no call back at the time of this post
