Generally satisfied. Never had a problem. The vacuum heads are big and unwieldy, though. Makes it impossible to clean smaller nooks and crevices of your vehicle.
$15/month for unlimited washes is pretty awesome. Sometimes I think the have stuff adjusted a little oddly and there's some soap left after the rinse, but it's pretty minor.
Great staff, they offer packages to wash car everyday for one low month price.
