This location is the typical variety of Best Buy- clean and well maintained. The electronics are plentiful. The gaming systems extensive. And the other gizmos and gadgets abound. The atmosphere can be sterile and the employees can be hit or miss. Come to buy once you have shopped online. Do your homework because they will price match if you can prove your case. It's not my favorite place to shop for electronics but it is a darn good one.
The visit today to pick up my Surface was most helpful. Grant was interested in fixing the problem and helping me reinstall needed programs. He listened, was patient and solved these tech problems. I'm so glad I chose Best Buy for this technology.
This location has really helpful people. Kaden in customer service is good. He was walking me through the whole rewards system step by step. I really appreciate that because sometimes the terms and conditions are hard to understand if you are new to a rewards program.
They have a decent selection of the latest toys (electronics) and appliances from the expected brands. The sales folks are helpful but not too pushy. I've generally been pleased with the Geek Squad's service on appliances. The last time a replacement was required, they did me right in every respect.
