Rudest by bunch of people I've ever met! The bed they gave me was a piece of sh**! And they never came to pick it up after I told them. When they come to pick up their stuff,finally, today... I'm never going to get anything from them again!!! Horrible customer service. We recently bought an entertainment center and blue ray player. I've called twice because there was not a remote and they said they would offer one. The most rude people I have ever had an encounter with. The entertainment centers door does not close and now they say it was on clearance so they can't do anything about it. They did not say it was broke in the store nor was it on clearance that I know of there were no signs not one worker disclosed that. I can probable fix these issues myself but they told me 5 weeks ago they would now they are saying we can't. I would have already done this if they would have just said it instead of telling me they would fix it.
At first, most comments here reflect on personal experiences. My experience was fabulous since they were kind and caring. I rented furniture for about 3 months. They worked their best to give me their best deal. The manager was extremely helpful.

Paid for my bed and mattress a week ago. Was told delivery would be today between 11-5. Called 2 times today and was assured both times I was getting my delivery today. At 4 I called and the lady told me I was the last delivery and they were on the way. It is now 7:08 and still no delivery. Not even a phone call. I called corporate and all they could tell me was the drivers work after hours to make sure all deliveries are made. I am going in Monday and getting my money back. They can keep the bed and mattress!!! I won't do business with liars.

Honestly one of the best experiences that I have had with a rent to own store. I have been renting from the store for about 4 years now and I have paid off a majority of the things I have leased from them at this point. The accounts department is more than helpful, they have went out of their way several times to make sure my account is taken care of. How ever there is an employee there (not naming any names) but he would rather tell you the wrong information and get back to looking at facebook than make sure it is correct. I have to give this rating 4 stars because of him. Get rid of him and I will make this a five star rating.
