I usually have really great service here, but the last time I went the guy doing my nails didn't know how to do "ombre" and didn't mention that until my nails were done and looked terrible. Halfway through I told him I didn't like them and they were wrong. He said he wasn't finished and they would look like the picture. He was absolutely wrong. Then he took them off, and I asked for just plain white nails and I ended up with pink nails. Then was made to pay full price. I was not happy, but there are a few people there who really know what they're doing.
I've been going to royalty nails for a while now and have never been disappointed! Service is out standing and they offer many creative ideas! 10/10 recommend royalty nails!! Always a quality job.
Phenomenal service. I get my nails done by Steven and he is very talented. He knows all the latest trends. I have also used the owner when Steven is out and she is great too. I was in a bad car wreck and They always take that in to consideration when doing my pedicures, Each girl in there is aware of what I can and cant handle due to my accident.
I visited for the first time a couple of Sundays ago, and it was great! Courteous staff, beautiful manicure, and nice surroundings - all for comparable prices to other places I've been in Norman. I hope they stay this way!
