My experience with penny was wonderful she cut my son's hair exactly how I wanted it! Unfortunately my experience with Misty was terrible. Maria was checking people in when she looked over at misty my boyfriend being in her chair and said oh you have the devil and they both laughed about it. I show misty the haircut we wanted and she cut it like a girls then my boyfriend asked if she could cut around his ears so she took out the clippers and buzzed his hair he had long shoulder length hair!! She butchered it. During the haircut she was saying how she didn't like how people came in last minute and that if they come in last minute she's going to give them a last minute haircut. Some customers came in 30 minutes before closing misty and another customer/friend were talking loud enough for the customers to hear them. It was very rude and unprofessional. She then proceeded to tell my SO that he has lice but that they aren't moving?! He works under houses and with popcorn ceilings he does not have lice!!! She started talking about how just because you're a baby daddy doesn't mean nothing. She was extremely offensive. I will be going to moore to get my son's haircuts from now on. She kills the vibe of that little Shop with her rude mouth. When she was finished she said is that better to me and said now you have a grown man's haircut, I kinda laughed because I was appalled. When checking out she took our money and said have a nice day without even trying to give us our change.
Maria was fabulous... she fixed my hair after a home box kit disaster.
