Chase C did a really great job helping me pick out some hiking boots for a trip me and my boyfriend are going on! He is a very informative and knowledgeable employee and has a great demeanor. Put up with us asking a lot of questions! 11/10 customer service experience.
I took my husband in today for the first time - annnd it was a little emberessing. I've never had an uncomfortable experience here until today. We were both followed around by a staff member who was very persistent on talking to us the whole time. I know he was trying to establish a relationship with us - but sometimes you just want to be able to just shop! Anyway, he finally left us alone after I gave him every ounce of body laungage that indicated I was just looking. My husband voiced that he was uncomfortable when we checked out, and the lady at the register blew it off. There's a happy medium of being friendly, but giving customers some space.
I loved going to msw I bought some chacos and I loved them and I'm definitely going back to msw!!!!!

The shelves were not organized. Prices were inflated . I was approached by one staff member and who asked if I was finding everything okay,but didn't even wait for a response. It was incredibly rude and I won't be returning.
