This was seriously the best customer service I have had a shoe store ever! As soon as I walked in they asked what I was looking for. I chose a shoe and they brought out that shoe along with another one that was similar to try on. They put the shoe on for you and tie it and adjust it as necessary. They were very friendly and very helpful!

You want a shoe... Go to Famous Footwear or Shoe Carnival. You want the RIGHT shoe, GO HERE!! Justice is one of the most knowledgeable people of his craft that I have met in a long time. From the moment my wife and I entered the store, Ethan greeted us, and Justice was also present. My wife recently had a custom medical insert, and needed a shoe it would fit in. These guys went out of their way to make sure we had every option they offered. We mentioned 1-2 brands, and they promptly and gladly brought out 5 different brands for her to try.
This truly was a five start experience! I have never had a more positive shoe experience! I couldn't remember the guys name but he was the manager/owner and he took awesome care of me! Thanks man!
After selecting the Brooks, my wife made a comment about being a little bummed about not being able to wear a sandal this summer due to the lack of support. Within a couple minutes, Justice brings out a couple pair of Vionic (new line, awesome comfort) sandals that my wife fell in love with. We purchased both, and it was just a fantastic experience.
