Wonderful people here in Norman. Pet smart is always helping animals find a home. This weekend they have a tent up in the parking lot in Norman off of Ed Noble Parkway with big and small pets. All wonderful dogs.
This review pertains to the grooming salon only. My dog is a regular there, and they did a wonderful job with an unexpected, difficult grooming situation. They went above and beyond and I was very grateful.
As any pet vet the pricing is based on Emotional attachment rather than real cost but the people are nice and they do care.
Great store very helpful staff. This store has great deals when other stores don't! ***UPDATE*** Can't believe this store got even better. Went in today and was having a tough day but while looking at collars Regina came by and saw I was frustrated and helped me find a discontinued item in the sale bin to match the leash I had. She was so kind and helpful. Then Alex saw me at the dog food and when I asked about the current sale I received by text (I'm a pet perks member) he escorted me to the register to make sure I got the sale price! You just don't see customer service like that anymore!!
My daughter loves this place. They have unique items in here that you might not find anywhere else. For myself I find it a little expensive on some things, but having a rewards card can help a lot. They do have a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
