When you find items on sale they are usually are great prices. Exchanges I have made went through easily. Store is generally very neat and clean.

Love this store, it's a large store but not so big that it's overwhelming. Nice employees too.
The management here is horrible. I hate to even give this store 1 star. We'll never shop at ANY Dillard's store again. Very rude, hateful people.
