Good sales good clothes easy to get credit card
Very friendly employees ,always willing to help ,when you can find help,cashiers always smiling and are always very pleasant, will help find the right person to help ,I adore Ashley ,she always makes me . laugh ,she is an awesome lady .Need more cashiers like her !!!
Kohl's is a nice store. This location has plenty of well lit parking and easy access. The store is clean and the workers are helpful. The clothing is good quality and prices range from super cheap to a bit high. They specialize in the discount and Kohl's cash (spend $50 and get $10 back in Kohl's cash). Much of their store is marked high and then "discounted" to a good price. They do it so much I think it is just a marketing scheme. But if it saves me money, then go for it. Kohl's sells clothing, shoes, luggage, housewares, bedding, jewelry, and some electronics. And they offer free "ship to store" so if they don't have it you can order it and have it sent to the store for you to pick up and save shipping. I recommend glancing through their clearance racks and keeping an eye on sales circulars on their website.
Unfortunately, I needed a belt on this day I went into Kohl's because it's one of my favorite places to shop, not this particular Kohl's because it's not near my home. I figured they would all be partially the same once, I entered the store I immediately could not find what I was looking for, they were not where the belts are normally located in my Khols. I decided to ask an associate, she advised me that the belts were in the back because they were doing inventory and that she would go and get one for me. She came back to me and stated that "I'm sorry, I spoke with one of the managers and we cannot sell the belts because we are having inventory." I have never in my life heard of any such thing. Now being a retail person myself I know that inventory is for the entire store not just a certain section so my question to her was if you're not selling belts because of inventory why are you selling other things, she could not answer and I didn't have the patience to deal with it anymore. So I voiced my opinion to my husband & left the other items so that we could depart store and a manager overheard me as I'm walking out the door and he yells out, what size belt did you need. I told him that I needed to size at the store I was going too because I knew that they would more than happy to sell me theirs. if it wasn't for the fact that they help changed the pin in my husband's watch I would have given this rating one star.
Checkout staff is rude and the prices are misleading. I won't be going back to this store.
