not very nice or accommodating. they didn't call back to tell my order wasn't delivered, and they only left a message on the recipients phone telling them, that they have to go out of their way to pick up the flowers the next day.
Shelly was so helpful and professional. I will use this florist again and again! They go above and beyond for their customers. What a refreshing thing, in a sometime "non-personal" customer experience with other Florists. LOVE City Florist!!!
My first experience with this florist was when I needed a corsage. I walked in 5 minutes before close unwittingly - she stayed 30 minutes late to make me a corsage! I went back there for my wedding flowers - I am on a budget, and she has worked with me to make sure I can make my day a reality. Thanks so much - I would definitely recommend her. As long as I am in Norman, I will only use City Florist.
Overall i wouldn't use them again.
I ordered flowers for my daughters on their birthdays and when they receive awards at school. They always match the colors I ask for and deliver to their schools at appropriate times. I use them multiple times a year just for my kids and LOVE them. The look on my childrens faces are worth every dime!
