I called in looking for something in particular, and the person who answered the phone was very nice and polite. She even was honest enough to say that their current stock of the particular flower wanted did not look good that week. She pointed me in the direction of some other places that were able to help. Very impressed with the honesty and integrity!
My girlfriend loves flowers, so I have ordered quite a few bouquets. The last two were from here, and honestly there is zero comparison. I have never seen a bouquet with such variety and creativity, they are like pieces of art. They are also priced very well, as a matter of fact, this is a small cheap bouquet that I just wanted to send for no special reason....look at it!!!! There are so many flowers in it!!! The woman who answers the phone is so nice that I almost like to give her my money, and both times they have delivered before they thought they could get to it. The only downside to this place is that they have raised my girlfriends expectations as to what a bouquet should look like, if we ever move I’m in trouble.

I ordered an arrangement last week for my mom's doctor. The only instructions I gave Fusion Flowers was to make it eye catching. They did such a fantastic job that the doctor personally called to say thank you for the most beautiful flowers she has ever received.
When I called, they didn’t have the flower I was looking for (peony), but they did all they could to help me find one in town. Amazing customer service! I will definitely be stopping by in the spring when peonies are in season to buy one or two!
