Love them gym and all the specific instructions that he gives his students. Both my children 1 girl and 1 boys. They improved on posture, strength, and basic discipline. I would recommend anyone that wants specific training in sports areas to join this program ❤️❤️❤️
We cannot say enough good things about Gym Integrity. YoYo and Tenia have trained our four children and we highly recommend them. Not only do they instruct them on their individual fitness levels, but they help reinforce the values and life skills that we try to teach our children on a daily basis. This is money well spent. Yo Yo trains both my son and daughter on a weekly basis. Jake for football and Riley for volleyball. He has helped them tremendously both physically and mentally. Both are visibly stronger and their bodies benefitting from his workouts. They love the way they feel after a tough one! Yo Yo's priorities are to train them with excellent fundamentals as well as reinforcing how we want our kids to live!! Hard work done the correct way pays off!! Yo Yo is awesome!! We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to be in his (very clean) gym!! I plan on having him come to train my volleyball team this fall. Can't wait! I absolutely recommend Gym Integrity!
Highly recommend Gym Integrity for ANY of your fitness goals. I got together with YoYo and he got his wife and I together so she could make me a meal plan. So far I've lost almost 20lbs and it keeps getting easier day by day. I can't thank them both enough for helping change my life for the better!
My son Riley has been working in a small group with Yo Yo for several months and the results have been remarkable. He has acquired significantly greater strength and agility. The personal training he receives is professional and thorough, and I am very pleased with the results. Yo Yo is in contact with the athletic community in town and the training compliments what the boys receive in school.
