I've been shopping with Brockhaus for along time. I would have to say the service is great. The staff takes the time to find out what you like so you leave happy. Honestly they treat you like a friend not a customer.

My husband and I have been shopping at Brockhaus Jewelry for 15 years now. They are so very friendly and do anything they can to help find what you are looking for. They always go above and beyond. I ordered my husband's father's day gift from them this year and Brad said he could laser engrave an inscription on it in my kids handwriting. He did a fabulous job! It looked amazing!
