I had an unusual request involving tedious work with a small diamond. I knew this was out of the ordinary, but because I knew I needed the work of an experienced craftsman, I was hopeful Randy would accept the challenge. After a few days, I did not hear from him and grew anxious and decided to cancel. When I walked into the store, Randy was very kind, and showed me he was working on my job at that very time. He showed me exactly what was challenging him at the moment and kindly reassured me it was in good hands. A few days later Goodno phoned to say the job was complete. I dropped in today to pick it up. When I saw it, I knew immediately that he had exceeded my expectations! The turnaround was very good, and the cost of his labor more than reasonable! Ultimately, I'm VERY satisfied and will think Goodno the next time I need jewelry, or craftsmanship! Thanks Randy!
Rude. Just plain rude.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received a beautiful pearl ring as a gift, bought from Goodno's. Knowing pearls are delicate and that it would need maintenance occasionally, I wasn't shy about bringing it in when a pearl would pop off. This last time they kept it for almost two weeks, when I finally got ahold of someone I was nearly yelled at. They (multiple employees) said it was my fault the pearl came off, that "YOU need to stop washing your hands with it on" and "getting it wet"... I never wash my hands with it on, I don't even keep it in my bathroom while showering because I know how sensitive to humidity the epoxy is. In the same breath, the man told me he had kept the ring for so long because it was so humid that the pearl kept falling off. No, it was not my fault. It was due to the humidity naturally occurring in the air. I do not appreciate being talked to the way Goodno's employees do, they are unforgivably rude and disrespectful to their customers.
Bought my dream watch, making payments, and very pleased with the personnel and service.
The first time I walked in, he didn't even let me finish my sentence before he cut me off and over talked me. Had he let me finish my sentence, he would have heard that I was talking about something different.
It is sad because the younger generation is ruining what the older generation built. And from what I understand, the older generation was totally opposite of what is going on now.
My advice, go elsewhere.
