I came to the Conference Center for two different conferences a couple months apart. Both conferences utilized pretty much the entire conference center. At the first, every single door into the presentation rooms gave a very high and distracting squeal each time they were opened, which was frequently during presentations. I brought this to the attention of staff because after hearing it all day it gave me quite a headache. Fast forward two months to another conference and guess what? Doors still squeal, even louder and to the point of distraction for several of the presenters, and I again brought it up to staff. Come on, people. If you're going to hold professional conferences at least invest in some damn WD 40.
Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms. Air conditioning nice and quiet. Lobby is awesome. Manager's reception is top-notch. Enjoyed my stay.
I have never had a bad experience at an Embassy Suites. This was no different. The room was clean and in good condition, the public areas were well kept, and the breakfast was great. There was only one small issue with checking in and being confused with family members who had requested a specific room which I ended up getting. Overall a positive experience, even with the mix up
Enjoyed my three day stay at this property. The only issue; based on a conversation with management they have some rooms where they have been unable to remove the smoking odor. This is 2017 rip up the carpet, tear down the drywall. This was a business trip and I found the conference food to be above average. Key!!! vendor water was always available. Property is well maintained and staff are very responsive.
The hotel is amazing with a great free breakfast. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star review is the towels are hard and feel like sandpaper. The bed is also rock hard which I know is personal preference but I would've liked it a little softer.
