From the moment in the door we were treated like family. There are not enough words to describe how amazing their staff is. They truly want you to have a great stay and went through great lengths to show it.
Great place. They take pets, but it is a very quiet hotel. They have a shuttle to and from the nearby casino and the staff is great. The value is good, too.
First time staying at this particular hotel but it is just as nice as the Sleep Inns I have stayed at elsewhere. Rooms are up to date and beds are comfortable enough to sleep on. My room was clean and well-stocked when I arrived. It stayed quiet which was somewhat of a shock since there is a large casino next door. Desk staff was helpful and breakfast food was plentiful. Will definitely stay here again.
Great price and room but beds were pretty hard and too firm. Pillows we're flat. They look fluffy but once your head goes on them they both deflate.
Mr Tony ,Ms Moni and Ms Tara can not be beat when it comes to hospitality. Ms Linda will tale care of your breakfast needs and might I add she makes a mighty fine breakfast. This is our #1 place to stay. If you want all around great service this is the place to stay!
Very clean modern rooms and they continue to improve. But what will always bring you back is the breakfast!!! It's also close to Riverwind Casino, Grand Casino, and Newcastle Casino. And you can't beat the service.
