Great rates for rooms during the weekdays and their dining amenities (albeit rather pricey) is a nice experience. The staff are very friendly and the grounds are well kept. Just be aware that since this is out amongst the wooded areas of Norman it isn't unheard of to see a lot of insect life. We had a brown recluse in our cottage when we woke up the next morning and a few other "critters". We let the staff know and they stated they would take care of it. Although the insects in our room didn't add to the ambiance, I would go back if I was treated to another getaway there. I'm even thinking of booking my wedding there.
We enjoyed our stay very much! Friendly staff greeted us upon check in and out. Emerald cabin was close to beautiful trees and a quaint pond with coy, turtles and lotus...amazing! Our boys stayed in the main lodge in the Lavender and Lace room and joined us in our room for a fun game of Monopoly. Plenty of space for family game night. Breakfast was included and was very good. We will be back!
This place is AMAZING!! Been here twice, once for dinner and once for a quick getaway. Both times the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Honestly, if you're looking for a great fine dining experience here in Norman, you CAN'T BEAT THIS PLACE!! My wife and I just celebrated our anniversary here, and I really couldn't imagine a better place to be. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!
Very nice people. Very quiet place to stay. I was there just overnite while working escorting an oversized load. I found the place on maps and called and was able to get a room for a very low price. it was still daylight and I walked on the property out behind the hotel in the vineard and I found an opening in the back out to a country road. I walked for a while and then returned. It was very peaceful.
Attended a wedding there and it was absolutely beautiful. It was held outside and the grounds were gorgeous. The food was good. I loved it and hope to stay there sometime!
The room was really nice and the cable provider had many choices of things to watch. I would stay here again. It is not too far from town yet it feels like you are out in the country.
