It has fields for playing soccer or softball, a nice path to walk dogs, good playground equipment for kids, and enough trees to keep the playground shaded for a good part of the morning and evening.
Great smallish park. Decent shade. Track is small enough so that you can let the kids go and see them the entire time.
Great neighborhood park.
Brookhaven Park is a nice park, but not a great park. It has a good walking track, a soccer field, a baseball diamond, a few benches and tables, and a small playground. The playground is a bit run down but the kids seem to find enough to keep them occupied. The best part of the park is the walking track and the spacious field.
