Went fishing at the Griffin pond with BSA Troop 223 for the fishing merit badge. Nice clean area. The pond however was covered with age which made it really difficult to fish. Maybe it's better in cooler weather (this was middle of the summer). Mostly caught little perch. We landed just one bass, but it was too small to keep.
Right next to Sutton Wilderness, this area is fitted for youth soccer and baseball. There's also a very well maintained Disc Golf course and Dog Park. Great area to get exercise and maybe have a pickup soccer game.
Great disc golf park. Has red and gold t-pads. And many practice baskets. Also has a dog park which is a lot of fun too.
This is an awesome set of soccer fields and baseball/softball diamonds. People bring their kids here to play sports. There are concession stands and bathrooms, and plenty of parking. Four stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
